It is important to include exercise as part of your balanced weight loss programme. At Wise Weight Management we help you to build exercise into your weight loss routine.
Remember to start off slowly and find exercises which you enjoy doing, it is pointless doing exercises which you don’t enjoy and are beyond your capability as this is likely to result in you quitting or even worse injuring yourself.

Which Exercise Is Right For You?
The exercise you choose must be the one that works for you and ultimately helps you get to your target weight. Remember that exercise alone will not get you to your target weight it must be done in conjunction with sticking to a diet and having the right mindset.
There are a number of ways you can decide to exercise from doing it on your own; to having a personal trainer; getting gym membership; riding a bike; swimming or just going for regular walks.
